Clear the Clutter: Learn The Power of an Affirmation
Allie nudged me (to what we refer to) as to ‘Kondo’ the space. Marie Kondo’s The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up is a guide we love. Over the past few months, Allie had focused on clearing the clutter from her apartment and was fresh with the ‘what sparks joy mindset’.
I believe affirmations go hand-in-hand with ‘clear the clutter’ concept. To use an affirmation is about getting organized, just instead of kitchen counters, it’s with our words and intentions— it’s about saying more with less. An affirmation is a short, clear, positive statement that creates clarity, forms intention, and guides you. These short positive statements asks you to cut through the clutter of your life and focus your mind on one essential truth at a time.
