Today, December 21, 2025, is our winter solstice, a time when the sun appears to pause before reversing direction. The term "solstice" comes from Latin, meaning "the sun stands still." Because of the Earth's tilt, this is when we experience the maximum angle from the sun.

I invite you to join me and take a moment to pause today. Allow yourself to feel the quiet presence of love and the stillness behind the noise.
