25 years of practice

I first came to know about practicing closed-eye meditation in 1995. For the past 25 years I have been meditating most every day. This practice has become a precious life-line for me— more serenity, ease and grace are in my life because of it. And, this practice can be one for you too. There are techniques to share that will keep you connected to the bigger picture, to let go more, and to remember that in times of vulnerability-- we are supported and comforted from the ‘coming-home-grounded-feeling’ that spending time in quiet stillness cultivates.
