A Sense of Connection

workshops. Why do you love them so much?

It’s the intimate sense of connection, to talk in ‘soul’ language, and to offer the opportunity to support.

During workshops we have an overall plan. I ask a few initial questions—

where do you want to place focus,

what is coming up in your life?

Begin to weave, and the divine will pull the thread

What Happens Next?

We use a variety of potential exercises such as: breathing and body awareness, journaling, mandala coloring, creative visualization, how to create sacred space in your home, or how to get started on writing a book.

The bottom line, is it’s an avenue for you to give yourself the gift to work on your goals and dreams, or to relax enough to let go and explore what those dreams and goals may be.

a workshop with Elizabeth is a session of growth, interesting perspectives and most of all joy. This is a highlight in my week and when the workshop is over I feel at peace, ready to take on my day, and like I just shared a cup of tea with a dear friend.

A Powerful Investment To discuss and integrate pathways to self-discovery; ultimately uncover the best version of you. To help you learn tools and techniques to use long after the workshop is over. These methods become life skills, much like learning to ride a bike. Once you’ve got it, you are confident in how to maneuver the journey. It begins one day at a time. Let’s start now.
