It is said it takes 10,000 hours to become a master at something. For the past 27 years I have been meditating almost every day, with long retreats as well, so if I do the math that puts me at 10,000 hours plus of meditation experience.
I am passionate about meditation and it’s beautiful repercussions of feeling more peace, clarity and confidence. Honestly, I feel this world will be a better place as more people learn how to meditate.
