SACRED SPACE. creativity. integration.

In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn how to combine an affirmation with gouache watercolor paint as a portal to self-discovery. To redirect your energies, discern what's important to you, and create an affirmation for positive change, such as "I am gentle with myself,” integrated into a painting.

To conclude the workshop Farida Meguid, will lead us in an Alchemy Sound Journey to integrate our creative insights. In this new free void, wide open space is brought forward from a sense of no worry and no giving to everyone else first, she came back to her own power and remembered who she was.
