A reflection on the Writing Retreat in Santa Fe, NM.

Vibrational Alignment. Collective Energy. Journey to Self.

The synergy of seven ladies coming together with little expectation and hardly knowing each other, introduced only by first names.

This short amount of space together felt much bigger than time on the clock. Time appeared to be suspended. This retreat honestly exceeded my expectations. To try and describe what happened,

“Through a collective sacred safe space an expansive focus on experiential creativity through a journey to self emerged.”

The Wind at Your Back

When the synergy of a group aligns, it’s as if the wind’s at your back. The being at one with each other, who we are collectively, and somehow through the vibrational attuning — you are allowed to step into its flow.

Within the collective energy that comes within a group that harmonizes, we together form a surge that creates a safe and open portal to explore creativity through the journey to self. We give ourselves permission. Our hopes, dreams and aspirations to innately know thyself. To focus our attention on poignant and powerful moments. To become intimately aware of our own thoughts and words which hold so much power.

Very much like a deeply freeing meditation experience, you want to call it back as soon as it’s over. Even as we returned to our routines, a sustained heightened awareness brings a sense of joy.
