The beginning of my professional career working as a NICU nurse, teaching Lamaze, guided meditations, and then writing books on the subject. It’s a full circle to come back to my initial healthy mother, healthy child roots.

Self-care is not a guilty pleasure, but a non-negotiable necessity for motherhood and for being a grounded, centripetal force for the family.
