Offering an in-person workshop for the art community in Austin.
In this workshop, you will learn how to combine and affirmation with gouache watercolor paint as a portal to self-discovery. To redirect your energies, discern what is important to you, and form a commitment to yourself. Create a positive affirmation for change, such as “I am gentle with myself,” and integrate it into a painting.
Combining my book, Language of the Soul, with art to create an experience that provides take-home tools to use again and again.
