Why do I love offering workshops so much?

It’s really about the intimate sense of connection, to talk in ‘soul’ language, and to have the opportunity to offer support.

It is said it takes 10,000 hours to become a master at something. For the past 27 years I have been meditating almost every day, with long retreats as well, so if I do the math that puts me at 10,000 hours plus of meditation experience.

I am passionate about meditation and it’s beautiful repercussions of feeling more peace, clarity and confidence. Honestly, I feel this world will be a better place as more people learn how to meditate.
