PEACEFUL BUSY . BEE
I like to think of myself as productive. At the end of the day it feels good to reflect back and feel accomplished. But this satisfaction is very different than feeling the need to be in constant movement- constantly checking things off a list. The difference with living in a perpetual state of “doing” leaves us with that nauseating “I can’t do it all” feeling.
SACRED SPACE
We love to create SACRED SPACE and thought you may too. To make our space feel good in return makes our space feel more sacred—and when you feel good in your home, it brings a sense of comfort and security— it is easier to connect to the sacred in you, the best version of you.
GIRL POWER
I recently watched the documentary, The Eagle Huntress. A young Mongolian nomad girl in the most remote part of the least-populated country in the world captivates and inspires. The snowy rocky terrain of the Altai mountains is mesmerizing, and fascinating– as is the golden eagles of this region.
HEAL FROM THE INSIDE OUT
Worry and doubt create tension in our bodies and steal our energy. What could be more important in your day than to give yourself the opportunity to recharge and self-heal?
YOGA, MORE THAN ON THE MAT
For me, yoga is much more than the time spent on the mat. Twenty years ago when I came to know yoga, I went to a weekly Wednesday morning class. I quickly began to notice that Wednesdays were a good day for me.
A master of yoga, B.K.S. Iyengar, says that “the light that yoga sheds on life is something special. It is transformative. It does not change the way we see things; it transforms the person who sees. It brings knowledge and elevates it to wisdom.”
SACRED SPACE: A PLACE OF INVISIBLE GRACE
Think about your home. Where is your favorite space? Is it the bathtub, your bedroom, outside patio? Now that you have it in your mind – why is this sacred space so special to you?
follow your intuition, geodes
Calm quiet space within. Follow your intuition.
I think we should get into geodes, my mom says. She always has the next idea, whether it’s our jewelry design, or a retreat location. It’s as if her vision comes from the source of divine energy she taps into. I always get shivers down my spine when we are on to something. If we feel stuck on a certain project, Elizabeth finds a way to break through.
LOVE IS EVERYWHERE
Our final theme to conclude our month of love is to recognize that love is EVERYWHERE.
THE LOVE YOU DESERVE
In honor of today, St. Valentine’s Day, our topic is the love you deserve. Last week it was all about, “in giving, we receive.” This week, the act of RECEIVING is our focus. Often giving may seem easier than receiving.
GIVE LOVE
he other day my girlfriend showed up with a box of beautiful french pastries. Her generous act of kindness warmed my heart
A MONTH OF LOVE
A Month of Love. 4 week series: Part 1 (Self-Love)
Today, marks February 1st and St. Valentines Day is around the corner. We like to think of February as the month of LOVE.
HOW TO CREATE AN AFFIRMATION
I use the word affirmation interchangeably with sankalpa; a vow, a commitment to myself and a request to guide my choices.
NATURE'S MALA: RUDRAKSHA
While I have always known this special seed (bead) holds sacredness— I didn’t know it is believed to provide good support for those who are constantly on the move and sleep in a variety of places. This natural bead is claimed to create a cocoon made of your own energy. The belief stems from holy men and women who were constantly moving, traditionally never supposed to rest their heads in the same place twice.
WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
We love writing e-inspirations each week. And, we especially love receiving your comments and feedback. It is your personal replies that motivate us to keep writing them. We want to do it better and we need your help.
YOU ALREADY HAVE IT
You already have it .Embracing the new year with optimism is a beautiful idea, however it isn’t always the easiest thing to do. Who doesn’t want to be more compassionate and kind, to eat healthier, to find the sacred in every day? And, yet why is it so hard to act on these feelings? These positive ‘way of being’ that never seem to be within reach?
MAGICAL JOY IN GIVING
The Magical Joy of Giving. Our main intention for The Jewelry Project is creating abundance, so that we can use the resources to give back. In helping others, we feel we are helping ourselves too.
WE ARE TRUEWELLBEING
Through the years we have continued to grow due to it’s original intention: To help you uncover the best part of YOU, your personal, TRUE WELL BEING.
GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION ACTIVATE – HOW DO I CHOOSE A STONE?
If we look back in history, crystals and gemstones have held a revered place in our lives. They have been found in the tombs of ancient Egypt, adorning the breastplates of warriors, and sparkling in the crowns of sovereignty.

YOU'VE GOT A FRIEND
I also believe the word friendship can represent the idea of supporting those who need it most. So in celebration of and in thanksgiving for friendships of all types, my guru friend Elizabeth Irvine and I have collaborated on a special bracelet that we named the Mitra bracelet. Mitra means friendship in Sanskrit. I believe we are all here to help one another and Elizabeth and I wanted to create an object that symbolizes supportive, loving energy.
