I focused on one step at a time as we climbed the initial 207 steps (who’s counting?) . Being the motivational speaker for Cal-a-Vie’s Woman’s Week I felt compelled to squeak out something to the ladies (who were already way ahead of me up the first hill), “One step at a time!”
