workshop affirmations + Paint + sound bath healing

In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn how to combine an affirmation with gouache watercolor paint as a portal to self-discovery. To discern what's important to you, and create an affirmation for positive change, such as "I am gentle with myself,” integrated into a painting.

To conclude the workshop Farida Meguid, will lead us into an Alchemy Sound Journey to integrate our creative insights. The carefully crafted quartz instruments, infused with precious metals and minerals, produce rich frequencies that resonate with our energy field. This restorative experience will anchor our intentions, balance our mind and spirit, and deepen our connection to our affirmation.
