In this afternoon workshop you will learn how to combine an affirmation with gouache water color paint as a portal to self-discovery.  To redirect your energies, discern what's important to you, and form a commitment to yourself. Create an affirmation for positive change such as, "I am gentle with myself. I keep peace in my soul,” integrated into a painting.
