guided meditations, creative visualizations, and birth altars for expecting parents

“Through conscious breathing, body awareness, and visualization, you’ll discover a deeper connection with your intrinsic nature. Trusting your body is essential—by tapping into your innate ability to find an inner place of calm, you create a steady anchor that will support you throughout the birthing process and into parenthood.” —Elizabeth

Elizabeth Irvine is a meditation teacher, spiritual intuitive, and advocate for tending the soul.

With more than 30 years of contemplative practice and experience as a former NICU nurse, Elizabeth brings a profound passion for healing through breathwork, guided meditations, visual imagery, affirmations, and altar work.

She is the author of "Healthy Mother, Healthy Child: Creating Whole Families From the Inside Out" and "Language of the Soul: 52 Affirmations to Guide You," and brings valuable expertise to her work with expecting families.

Birth is one of life’s profound mysteries—a physical, emotional, and spiritual journey. Cultivating harmony between body and mind forms the foundation for a positive experience. Meditation supports this process by helping to clear the mind, reduce stress, and encourage a positive mindset, regardless of your spiritual beliefs. While meditation is a valuable complement, it does not replace therapy or medication.

Through fostering this harmony, Elizabeth helps set the stage for a meaningful birth and a grounded entry into parenthood.

Her services are tailored to your unique needs, offering both in-person and virtual support.
