IN GRATITUDE FOR BOOKS

This post is in honor of my dad. Today marks his birthday and the one year anniversary of his death. Besides being a good dad, passionate writer (penned seven books), a professor who loved to teach—and he was passionate for books and reading. He passed this love on to many, me included. Below are books from his library.

Create some time. Sit back, relax and enjoy a good book. You’ll soon feel the power of the written word claim your attention and infuse you with knowledge and experience. Here is a list of some of my favorite books in the spirituality genre:

Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramhansa Yogananda
Awakening the Spine by Vanda Scaravelli
Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield
Tenth Door by Michele Hebert
Magical Body Magical Mind by Deepak Chopra
Space Clearing by Denise Linn
Memories Dreams & Reflections by Carl Jung
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
The Miracle of Mindfullness by Thich Nat Hanh
The Only Necessary Thing by Henri Nouwen

Affirmation: Today, I will create sacred space through the power of reading.
