Cloudy with a Chance of Joy, Gavin Pretor-Pinney's TED talk

This morning I read about a guy who loves clouds. I think Gavin Pretor-Pinney did a really good TED TALK called, Cloudy with a Chance of Joy. He says, “ to step off the digital treadmill, lie back and admire the beauty in the sky above”.

He likes clouds so much he started his own club—The Cloud Appreciation Society, which has over 50,000 members in 120 countries and was established to fight the banality of 'blue-sky thinking'.

I love clouds too. They bring me comfort in a slow-down-child-like kind of way. At this stage in life, I have to give myself ‘permission’ to go outside, relax and look up to see the poetic, bigger sky view. Lying quietly, similar to the feeling meditation brings, I let go, deeply relax and watch the clouds. I can feel infinitely inspired, to be surprised and amazed by the formations, and perhaps most importantly, to let go and dream. Join me.
