Founder & Owner
Elizabeth Irvine is a nurse, educator, and award-winning author. Her philosophy and teachings are based on thirty years experience as a health care professional and through her yogic style of living. In her approach to wellness, she fuses modern technology with thousands of years of natural wisdom to reach beyond the use of conventional medicine.
Irvine’s books, Healthy Mother Healthy Child and A Moment’s Peace provide women and families a simple guide for bringing peace and serenity into the home. The Jewelry Project creates a tangible keepsake paired with Meditations From the Earth.
Her experience as a speaker and workshop presenter include places such as Miraval Resort, Tucson AZ, and M.D. Anderson’s Integrative Medicine Program; writing and producing video, workshops and yoga programs for numerous organizations, currently at the Jung Center and the Houstonian Health Club & Spa and leads retreats for intimate groups in locations around the world.
Workshop & Retreat Coordinator
Allie’s foundation of knowledge stems from a yoga education beginning at three years of age and continues with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (the study of human body movement).
Currently, Allie is expanding her knowledge of soul through the study of depth psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. You will find this modern day yogi balancing her time between Austin & Santa Barbara.
Sarah combines her digital and yogic background as our creative muse. With a Bachelor of Arts in English, experience in photography and graphic design, she curates our products and message to the world.
Sarah teaches weekly yoga & works on various design projects in Santa Fe. Find more of her work: here.

Kara brings passion and warmth to everything we do. With 15+ years experience in the fashion and wellness industries (5 of those with us), she creates an honest, direct conversation with our clientele.
This new mama lives in Houston with her husband and 2-year-old daughter.
