Guided Relaxation: 9/8
After a “chill out” summer, full of family time and writing– I’m back! Refreshed and ready to go. I’m leading with a new format for my podcasts– a fifteen minute guided relaxation. The feedback I receive marks these as the most popular, and I understand fifteen minutes is easier to fit into you day–and I want to give you what works.
Remember if you can carve out just fifteen minutes a day to a guided relaxation you will begin to see a difference in your life…things like- increased energy, a sense of calm and just generally feeling more joyful!
